Finding a partner to hold you accountable for your action is a good way to start.
For example: “If you schedule time at the gym with a friend, you’ll have more motivation to actually get up and hit the gym.”
If it’s difficult for you to change your company, then you can start by reading and knowing about successful personalities and their struggles in life as it is an excellent way to change your mindset and get motivated.

Your surroundings have a significant influence on you. If everything around you is messy and disorganized, then your mind will be disturbed too.
A clean room or desk has a positive vibe to it. It will attract you to work more often with full energy. Also, Dressing nicely and following good hygiene has a positive impact on your energy level.

So next time when you are feeling lazy or not performing best to your ability, think it in a positive way to encourage yourself : “It was a slow morning, but now it’s time to speed up. I need to complete it now.” You’ll be surprised that the surge in mental positivity could actually change your actions.
You are your own coach, your own source of inspiration. You can gear yourself into action by telling yourself inspiring things and affirming your actions. If you want to achieve something in life, then you need to work for it. Wasting time being lazy is not going to help you.
6. Healthy and Active Morning Routine
Following a good morning routine is very important for all. If you have a good start, you are already ahead, that’s what morning routine does to you. To become healthy and active, you can follow these tips:
a. Drink two glasses of water first thing in the morning, even before leaving the bed. Our body gets dehydrated due to night long fasting. So rehydration of your body is essential.
b. Now after freshening up exercise for about 15 to 20 mins. It can be anything stretching, running, yoga, dance, or cycling. The aim is to charge up your body and put it in an active state.
c. Now it’s time to have a filling and nutritional breakfast. Breakfast should have lots of protein and carbohydrates to fuel your body. Also, Add seasonal fruit to your breakfast to make it extra nutritious.
Following a good morning routine will give you motivation and energy to last all day long.
7. Sleeping Pattern
Lack of sleep is an obvious reason for laziness. And there is only one solution to it: Proper sleep.
Yes, you heard right; there is no replacement for sleeping, so if you want to get rid of laziness, then focus on good quality sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours.
Our body works in rhythm, and that applies to sleep as well. Going to sleep and waking up at a fixed time will help your body to adopt the routine, and you will fall asleep faster.
Scientifically it is best to sleep between 10 pm to 6 am. That is the time when your body is prepared to fall asleep. So try to schedule your things and sleep at 10 pm.
If you are habitual of using your phone before sleeping for browsing through Facebook, Instagram, or watching videos on youtube and Netflix, then you need to change it.
Exposure to blue light before going to sleep tricks our body that it’s still daytime. This Reduces sleep hormones like melatonin, which helps you relax and get deep sleep. It’s best to stop using the phone at bed and instead replace it with reading a book or listening to soothing music.
